IP Centrex – the Small Office Solution
Our small business solution is designed for small offices with a small number of external lines and where it is not cost effective to install a PBX. Our IP Centrex service can provide full PBX features but without the high initial capital outlay or high ongoing maintenance costs.

This solution is also ideal for companies with many small offices or with many people working from home and would like to have all the features normally provided by a PBX, (e.g. 3 or 4 digit extensions, company voice mail, etc.), so that any employee can call any of their colleagues regardless of their present location – it does not even have to be in the same country: all they need is an IP phone and a broadband connection.

More advanced features are also available (which are normally not available in a lower end PBX or key-system), for example ‘Follow-me’, self-administration via a web interface, and multi-way conferencing.

Enterprise Solution
Our enterprise solution is designed for medium and larger sized offices that have decided to augment a traditional PBX with an IP PBX or replace a traditional PBX with an IP PBX. The Wireless Edge Network Switching Centre can route the calls ‘On-Net’ or it can hand the calls ‘Off-Net’ to its Public Switching Telephone Network, PSTN.

By installing a central private IP PBX in an enterprise’s headquarters, it enables the organization to host all the telephony features in one place and reduce the amount of equipment in its remote offices: basically there is no need to have multiple PBX’s and the headache of maintaining each PBX and drastically reducing the problem of PBX upgrades. The result is reduced CAPEX based on traditional design and reduced ongoing maintenance costs.

In addition, employees wanting to work from home can now do so as their IP phone in their home is registered with the HQ PBX. The outside world is unaware of any changes in actual physical location of an employee and colleagues can continue to call using their usual 3 or 4 digit extensions.
